Procedure sucks

I pressed my panic button and Netstar could not get a hold of me to 2 hrs and they then decide to contact my emergency contact not on the phone number on the system but my number, and when he couldn't provide a correct number they wanted to update details without my consent, so a person can be hijacked and be in danger and Netstar would simple carry on with their lives going as far as wanting to update details without my consent. wow i guess it is what it is.
