Power of attorney has no power actually when cancelling netstar.
My mom is in an care facility at present , her car has been sold and were trying to cancel her netstar subscription.First email them on 5th November 2021 , then sent the documents through to them on 10th November 2021 to cancel, got a ticket number , emailed again and got a CAS number ,heard nothing from them since.I phoned on the 15th of November the lady said that she would phone me back to say what is going on , no one has called back until now. This is unacceptable and I would like some feedback immediately as the car has been sold.
