Potential hijacking. Netstar-Response

Last week a terrible incident occurred in Sandton,where I was being followed by a black audi. I pressed the panic button and was told by the consultant while in a state of panic that they could not assist me until the vehicle was hijacked. So maybe I'm clueless but I should be hijacked and ****d possibly before they can assist me. And let's not forget while you may be hijacked you need to reply to an sms saying you need assistance. Absolutely ridiculous and not helpful
