POPI ACT VIOLATION

Popi act violation from netstar and dotsure had a contract with dotsure which states that smartbox premiums will be included on my monthly premium with dotsure. policy cancelled with dotsure next thing debit order attempts from netstar without me giving them my bankings and concern to debit. Creating unpaid premiums , bank charges and affecting my credit profile.
