Poor to No service at all

I bought a new car a month ago, and a tracker was fitted. I was on the basic plan which didn't provide a live tracking option, so I upgraded to the next level up for that feature. To my amazement, that feature is not active, the tracker only gives me the last know location which is misleading. As I write with review my car is at a different location, but the tracker picks it up as being at home.

Now I just called the team, only to find that they themselves can't pick up the location when my car is currently situated. WOW!. Now I have been placed on hold for 30 minutes and counting.

It's 11h50 and the App shows my car to be in Cape Town Castle street, but I can assure you it's not there.... so can someone call me to tell me what on earth is going on.
