Poor services

<p>I have problems activating my insurance due to Altech Nestar whom I phoned last week only to find out my tracker was cancelled in 26 november 2016 due to none payment of which proof was sent to them of payments being made monthly in to their Absa account. Oakhusrt informs me Altch refuses to instal the smart box which inturns leaves me without insurance. This is not the first time I have had a problem with Altech as my previous car had the same problem with no one sorting this problem out and only shifting the blame all over the place. After struggling 3 days to get hold of a Mohammed who also is of no help.</p>
