Poor service, poor product, don't use them!

So our tracker expired a little more than a year ago, we opted to get the upgrade. this was great as we didnt have to activate or deactivate the tracker it came with a tag. So after a little over a year we could find the main set of keys and was forced to use the spare which didnt have the tag. i assumed netsar would call soon as car was started. they did not call as far as their system shows its all good?? weird as we a paying for a system that has to have the tag near by? i was told to call and request a test... test confirmed all in good order. so how do you test the tag? no one could answer. they advised to repair or get new tag. my response was to do so but I am liable for cost?? for a rented unit that cant be tested that was never tested? how am i liable to replace a "RENTED" unit that could have been faulty from the get go. which technically means we paid for a tracker that only did half the job meaning netsar owes me money!! anyways as advised for the 3rd and last time telephonically if a new tag is not provided at NETSTAR COST if my account is debited I will put a stop order on this policy and thereby cancelling it as firstly this is a rented unit, You as Netsar has to assure unit is in working condition and provide me with such if not i am allowed to cancel this policy as you are not holding up your part which is provide a function system and service. so resolve this by no later than 25 January 2019 or by not doing such i will cancel both my tracker contracts
