poor service of Altech Netstar GO.

I have joined the Altech Netstar GO, but never get to use the service. i have called them sometime last year 2017 to cancel the service since i do not use it. It was never cancelled. the early this year called again to cancel around January to cancel, then the call center agent said someone will call me back. no one ever called me back, meaning while the debit order still goes through. called in today to cancel and told the i want this to be cancelled. i no longer believe that the consult will cancel it since they were making promise that they never kept. The agent was not listening but busy giving me petty excuses why no one ever called me to cancel this. i don't want the service anymore.
