Poor Service, No service

I am trying to install a Netstar tracking device on my vehicle but no satisfaction. Booking for installation was done online for 19 August 2023 and I receive a case number. I called in before that date and was told, yes it's confirmed and a technician will call me before installing. NOTHING HAPPENED.

I called back the following week and case number don't exist. I created another booking but still nothing. I receive an sms from Netstar with my case number and that they unable to contact me. I called back and said that if they trying to call me from a Spam number, it won't come through.

Well, I will just have to go with another Tracking company.
