Poor service Netstar
Poor service
Thanks to poor service I currently have a vehicle that is not insured for theft. Took out policy on the 23rd for tracking device as required by insurance. Phoned me almost immediately to offer me a policy. Took the policy but to date still awaiting them to contact me for fitment. I have called them at least 5 times and was promised a phone call back to each time to arrange fitment. Woman I called from Port Elizabeth branch was extremely rude.
3 days have lapsed, thus my vehicle currently not insured for theft or hijacking. Would not recommend them to anyone.
