Poor Service Net Star

I took a tracking device for my trailer with Net Star. I called them while my trailer was out rented to check how efficient is they are system.I was disappointed I was told I don’t have an account with them but every month they are debiting me.

I reserve 6 months debits that’s when they started reaching out to me. Only to find out I never existed on they are system I was milking *** for the past 6 months.

Instead of resolving and finding solutions to the problem they refer the matter to they are internal legal Team and later I was harassed by they are debt collectors.
