POOR SERVICE & HARASSMENT

Altech Netstar and NimbleGroup have been sending me sms's and calling me daily together with CreditWorx for an account that I had settled on the 16th Jan 2021, and when I try calling the numbers on the sms the number is always experiencing a high-call-volume, and when I try re-send the proof to the *** they respond with them claiming that I have to settle my account with them, which is truly annoying, and its worse because even their whatapp number doesnt work, they never ever respond to it, which is pointless having. Totally unimpressed by such a poor level of follow-ups and service delivery, I must say that it is totally unimpressive.
