poor service from sibusiso mbatha and netstar

nestar tried to debit money from my account and it was insufficient the next step after that is a debt collectors . called me we make an agreement of payment paid them but debt collectors still go to my account and debit twice of agreed amount after that nestar still want money from me when am login complain a guy by the name of sibusiso mbatha every rude and sour can't even listen. now he's even telling me that my account will be handed to the lawyers after i ask them to resolve my issue i sent them prof of payment am still waiting for the lawyer to start with process of the law then i can provide all document this sibusiso guy think people don't know their right i will advise people to stop take such device coz when is complain time they don't help you the promised lawyer instead of resolving the problem cos they didn't even call me to ask when can they debit their money i never have problem of paying what i owe but this nestar is rabish
