poor service from netstar, paying for absolutely nothing

Netstar unit has not been tracking my car over many months! Queried this as far back as January, still not resolved. Asked for them to fix the issue and refund me for the months I was not receiving any service, no response. Asked for an appointment with a technician to be rescheduled about two weeks ago, still waiting. So is my car, simply waiting to be ****** and not be recovered simply because of shoddy service and empty promises from a company that really trades on trust but demonstrates none!
