Poor service from Netstar

Have on numerous occasions asked that the Netstar Go service be removed from my account, since March 2020, and still they have not been able to do this.

I have sent an email requesting cancellation, with an automated response saying that someone would call me back. This was more than two weeks ago, and still nothing.

Cant get a hold of the right person
