Poor service from Netstar

My premium had gone up from R159 pet month to R 325 pet month. I have queried Netstar, cc the CEO Rene Otto, and have not received ANY FEEDBACK from them!!! They were quick to rectify a mistake, from there side, but are very slow to respond to ANY correspondence from Customers. There service is the worst that I have ever experienced in a long time.
