Poor service from Altec Netstar

Extremely bad service. Cancelled on 24 October 2025. They still deduct after saying it takes 30days to cancel your policy. They don't respond to emails and even blocked my email address, but guess who still sends me threatening messages that they will send my personal details to the credit bereau if payments are not made. I'm fed up. If you call they divert you to one person after another and the one have a worse attitude after the other. I won't advise anyone to join this tracking company.
