Poor service for a security company - Netstar

Such poor service in that after testing to check they can track my car they gave a wrong address. Fine, the consultant established that the device is outdated and needs to be upgraded. I was then promised that a consultant will call to arrange a time and date to fit a new device. That never happened. So clearly I’ve been paying for a non existent service and for how long? SA government has to create crime free country because now we’re being ripped by these security companies. It’s scary!!!
