Poor service/ follow up

Installed tracking device and panic button onto 1 vehicle - never worked despite numerous requests to rectify, empty promises, never receive statement despite requesting these, tracker units not working - despite requests to get repaired, nothing done. I could spend the entire day writing about them. Oh yes, we had a vehicle ****** and my husband found it despite it having a tracker...

And yes, they do have one or 2 good people working for them, but they are high up and you only get a response when you threaten, so go figure.

If you looking for a tracker company - please do yourself a favour and save yourself a lot of time and frustration, rather look elsewhere. Very disappointed with Altech Netstar.
