Poor service

I have been trying to get hold of netstar since mobday until i wrore on Facebook then they called me today wanting to know my problem only today I didn't get what i requested from them so i ask them to cancel now they say i must pay,for service I never received from them...please advice on what to with people like them. Company like this one will never recover one's car.
