Poor service

Good day

I installed a new unit in my car and since than the electronics on my car is giving problems. I contacted Netstar to send a technician to fix the issues. The customer care consultants very helpful but the planning department is not returning my calls as promised. In the meantime the car is not used as nothing can be adjusted.

If it is such an issue to fix or even contact a customer, what is going to happen when we need assistance?
