Poor service

Im having a problem with this compony,i try to report on november 2020 that the panic button is not working they promise me to come but they never came i n january this year i emailed them and told them that since they didnt come to fix this thing im terminating my contract with them they didnt respond then i wrote a letter for terminatation after that letter they called me i think it was the middle of january telling me that they will come and i told them its too late ive already found another compony,now they are sending me lawyers to payR 3500,why should i pay this amount since i reported early that this panic button is not working
