Poor service delivery and response

On 3 December 2018 i have forgotten my tracker response button at home. Drove all the way from Alberton to Brakpan without any reaction from Netstar. I arrived at home on 16:30 and pressed the emergency button and still no reaction from Netstar. Called ********** and was referred to emergencies. No reaction from emergencies. I am of the view that this is poor service delivery and what will happen to me in a case of an emergency????
