Poor service
I canceled my membership more than once, starting months ago, latest email to get it cancelled was send on the 11th of July 2023. I received a mail from Goodwill Mogodiri, Enquiry reference CAS-***-L607, but no cancelation! Now I am threatened with legal action because payment was not received? What should I do to get heard?
