Poor service

I try calling they don't answer, I tried to cancel they keep sending me to their attorneys. I mean the tracker is in a vehicle that is traded in last year already. When I asked for the recording where they informed me that I cnt cancel, I dnt get the response from December 2024 till to date. It the poorest service
