Poor service

I have attempted to contact their customer services on numerous occasions, but unfortunately, they have proven to be unresponsive. I've had to endure lengthy waits on numerous occasions, but unfortunately, without any positive outcomes. They make empty promises of getting back to you, but fail to follow through. It appears that their focus is primarily on pursuing sales rather than nurturing relationships with existing customers. I would not recommend their services, as it is clear that they are unable to provide assistance even in urgent situations.
