poor service

This is worst tracking company in my experience, I even regret why I change to the because my previous tracking company was the best.

now on this company I can't cancel my contract because I need to pay for remaining two years since my previous vehicle was written off. I requested them to reconnect me on my new vehicle, but since November last year no installation has been made. They don't reply to my emails, they put you on call waiting over an hour when you call them. even on my previous vehicle, they did not check how's the things going after service of the car. my insurance try to contact them regarding the installation of device in my new car but still no action taken.

the worse part I aggree to pay reconnect fee, I really don't understand what's the problem of this company.

if I knew Netstar rendered poor services like thus, I was not going to subscribe with them.
