Poor Service

<p>called Netstar 2 weeks back to add a back up tracker only for the lady who assisted suggested I do an advance tracker and she explained to me of which I was happy about, I wanted to add a back-up because of the area I live in, and I'm still waiting , last week the fitment centre said they won't come to Soweto and another lady called to say she'll help since it had been a week , and now its yet another week, I currently can't afford an insurance and tracker same time, but I felt at ease knowing at least I'm doing something to protect my car since hijack is my main fear especially where I stay now, I've been with altech from 2014 and this is what I get for wanting to add not even cancelling, anyway hopefully someone will help me cancel this because clearly it's not helping but when I can't pay you are quick to call.. So basically all my money down the drain...highly disappointed customer</p> <p> </p>
