POOR Service

I have changed my bank account in October 2017. I then phoned Altech Netstar to change my account details on there system. The only way to change the account number was by sending a mail on a letterhead. I have send the mail every-month asking them the change the details. Also received delivery reports but since October no response received from them. Now I receive calls from attorneys saying that may account is in arrears. HOW DO YOU CHANGE YOU ACCOUNT DETAILS IF THEY DON'T WANT TO UPDATE THE DETAILS. I am surly not paying any attorney costs. I have my proof that the mails was send and delivered. I recorded all the call made to them asking to change my account details.

They surely need to get people that know how to the job.

Also I have to state that I had no Netstar tracking since November because no one has even tried in change the account details.

Poor service form all in the finance department. Don't even want to know if they can track your car if it get ******. As per reports on Hello Peter. It surely doesn't look like it .
