POOR SERVICE
Altech Nestar bad service provider. I called them to enquirer about my account and all the consultant transferred from one consultant to another. On the 12 June 2018 i called them regarding the debit orders , it was found that they owe me and they will process the credit. I had to call them again on the 6 July 2018, after 24 days and i was told the person who has to process the credit is on family responsibility leave ( Her mom passed away). when did this person go on leave? if one person is on leave no work can be done. The service is poor.
