Poor Service

I was due to have an updated system installed in my vehicle. When the third party provider turned up, he was *********** and could not fit the device. He then informed he will return after 5 days as they were busy. The Retentions department at Netstar called the day of initial installation and called the next but did not bother to return my call after finding out what was happening with the third party. ******* service from Netstar, their Retention’s department and their third party service provider.
