Poor Service

Hi Pierre Bruwer, Please note I requested a de-installation and a reinstallation, that was deferred by technicians and no communication was sent out to let me know of the status of my query, putting my car at risk of being ******. I sent an email to request the contract to be cancelled no one cared to assist me. Now I happen to be listed with the legal team "How" is a question I am still asking myself. The account accumulated interest over time and that because the query was not resolved in time. Can I please request that I be contact with a solution to the matter.
