Poor service

i'm very disappointed , since i bought my car i have been using net-star for my car tracker,,since its been 3 years already i called and asked for discount which was approved by (Thato) , fist premium of the discount was suppose to go in October month which was never changed they still dedicated same old amount,,November same thing happened .What irritates me is that i need to take my time and money to call them with regards to the same problem .
