poor serivice being rendered.
netstar system is off line since yesterday evening, we cant access the whereabouts of our vehicles and Netstar doesn't even bother to notify the clients and keep posted for any developments. this posed high risk to our assets, can netstar fixed the problem as soon as possible.

20 Mar 2019, 08:21for the past three and half days our GPS from Netstar is not yet functional, this is grossly unacceptable while we are paying each month for the service while we are not getting any service for the past days. we are left in the dark with out any explanation when the service will be available again. please don't tell us the technicians are still attending to the problem.
