Poor response time fixing defective devices

Terrible response time (2Weeks and half) from Netstar to repair my early warning tracking unit which was faulty and still under warranty. First of all what’s the point of having an early warning tracking device if it will malfunction and your service provider(NETSTAR) doesn’t pick up that their unit isn’t working at all ?? Like *** ... had I not self tested the unit, my car could’ve been ****** and they wouldn’t have been able to track it AT ALL-that’s totally unacceptable service!!

Secondly vehicles are flippen expensive and too valuable to be left vulnerable to automobile *****s in joburg thus there’s no way in my right state of mind would I leave my car without a tracking device for more than three days-these guys took almost three weeks to come replace the unit ?? If that isn’t the ****piest of service then I don’t know...So I did what any sensible vehicle owner would’ve done while they were busy taking their time- I got a new service provider and requested a cancellation on the second week of the debacle. No response whatsoever regarding my cancellation email till the third week and even then they’re insisting I pay for a tracking device that isn’t functional because of the 36month contractual agreement which frankly is utter bull**** because the only reason i got a new device is due to the fact that they weren’t proactive with regards to fixing their damn defective device in the first place. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!
