Poor poor service

Poor poor service. You get debired twice at the end of the month on to separate debit orders. When you reverse the one debit order you keep on getting correspondence that you need to make payment today. When you call them they sent you from pillar to post and does not seem to know what they are doing. *********** company with *********** people working for them.
