Poor, poor, poor service

It is two weeks now since I brought my new car. On the second and third day a gentlemen phoned me to get final details and forward on to "fitment" center. Up to now, still nothing installed. I had to escalate to Hyundai Strijdom Park where I brought the car (last week Thursday). On Monday I finally got a phone call and confirmed for installation this morning (Tuesday). The gentlemen confirmed someone will phone me this morning and come and install. Nothing yet.

I am done and want my contract cancelled with immediate effect. Also I want my installation fee refunded by COB tomorrow. Please don't phone me to fix as I am not willing to give you a 50th chance.
