Poor installation spot
I've installed a Netstar and to my shocking surprise they installed it in my air filter housing right under my air filter, so to say that when you remove the air filter you can clearly see the unit laying right there......halve of the unit is restricting my airflow on my vehicle and the other halve is sticking out. So much for no one can be near them when they install the unit, With that installation they might just as well fitted on top of my dashboard to advertise for every one to see you have a tracking unit installed. Clearly the technician doesn't know why he is installing units. I will never recommend Netstar to any one. I will also be uploading photos on al my social media platforms because to them safety of your vehicle doesn't mean anything. You are only a number to them and not a client.

I had to phone them again, they didn't contact me!!!!!!! I'm 5 days without a tracking unit and no one from Netstar bothered to phone me, even after i have received a massage that my vehicle's battery are disconnected.
Netstar is an absolute disgrace of a company. I did post all the photos I took on all the social media platforms I'm on to warn the people of the quality of work they can expect from Netstar.

Yes I did have an appointment that your technician did not meet this morning, once again living up to Netstars standards. The technician phoned the wrong customer who send him to Springs( 500km in the wrong direction) . Please send me an email stating that you canceled my device and that there will not be any charges to my side. The device has already been taken out of my vehicle, so you can come and collet the device. Look into this matter ref: CAS-***-R5W1; CAS-***-G1M8:CAS-***-V3Z8 and see if you will still be happy with the after sale from Netstar.
