Poor customer services
Had a new unit installed ( early warning system), everyday there is an alarm signal sent to netstar.... Called into customer care to have the issue resolved but there is no positive feedback.... Tried speaking to managers Shaun and Abigail who did not take my call or call me back... 3 hours have already Gone by.
