Poor customer service

On the 2nd of May 2023 I was called by Elvan (REFERENCE NO: ***) returning my complaint call, regarding the issue I had when I called their customer services for help and I was assisted by Fazeen, whom failed to do his job. I told Elvan I'd like to cancel my contract with them since they failed to deliver their services I pay for. He also failed to assist me. I asked him that can he ask his superior to call me back probably the superior knows his/her job. Until today no phone call or email was sent to me. I'm degusted by Netstar and their unprofessional service. I've been complaining about their app that doesn't even give accurate location of the car and taking of time to update with the information.
