Poor customer service and provision of services

I wish i had checked out reviews about Netstar before going into business with them. Their customer services center does not want to listen to the customer. The agents will talk over the customer while you are expressing dissatisfaction about the service you have received and will drop the phone on you. You have to ask and plead with Netstar to provide you with the service you pay them for. Your begging will be to no avail
