Poor customer service

I have called their call centre to test my unit and it was not responding. they logged a call, gave me a reference no. Till today i am still waiting for the technical support guy nor the call from their client service centre. Their customer servicer is so poor and dissappointing. not renewing my contract with them upon expiry
