Poor Customer Service

Even just the one star is WAY to much for a rating. ABSOLUTELY disgusted with NETSTAR. I have been a loyal client to them for over 5 years.

I have recently been contacted to upgrade my tracking unit. (Which apparently has a lifespan of 36 months) only being offered the upgrade 5 years down the line.

So i tied down a installment date an time. to which i told the agent im buying a new car and would like yet another tracking unit to be installed.

After numerous calls to the agent and the EMPTY promises the unit is still not installed. Even after setting a meeting and being promised the installer is actually on his way.

GREAT WORK NETSTAR, Thanks for showing me you level of customer service before we even got started on a renewed contract and adding an additional one.

i will take my business elsewhere.
