Poor communication!!!

I wish there was a zero rating! We had an appointment scheduled to come and fit the device. No one showed up, no phone call, no apology, no rescheduling, till today. How are they really doing business? I cleared my diary for that day since I was expecting a technician to come through. I am cancelling and looking for another service provider. Dont bother phoning again, I am not interested.
