Poor client services from Netstar
Netstar keeping lying to me. They contacted me and said someone is going to contact me to resolve my issue and return my money that they have been *****ing even tho my car is ****** and they still debiting after I called to tell them to cancel and reimburse my money.
They are terrible at client services and I don’t recommend anyone ever go through what I am going through with them.

The car is circulated stole from April now i this this is just dumb to ask me to pay for a contract when u didn’t recover the car. I will engage with my lawyers if Netstar wants to ***** me then u got the wrong person.
Good day, Thank you for your correspondence with Netstar. Please note that vehicle registration SABAZZN is contracted to a 36-month rental agreement. The tracking device was installed on 2019-09-10 and the end of the agreement term is on 2022-09-10. The settlement payable is R523,81. The total balance to pay including the settlement, one month’s premium isR667,36. Please advise if you accept the cancellation fee and if we should proceed with the cancellation before you make any payment to settle the account? All cancellations are subject to a 30-day notice period. Kindly advise how the payment will be made. We offer two options: • Debit order • EFT Transaction Please see below banking details for EFT or manual payments: Bank : ABSA Bank Branch : Midrand Account number : *** Account type : Cheque Account Branch code : 537155 Please use your Netstar account number as reference ***4 when making payment.
