Poor client service, the only time you get good service is at sales stage.SIES

If there was a zero star rating I would use that. I have been trying to cancel my contract with them for the past 2months with no success, everytime you get through to cancelation they hang up. I have sent numerous requests to cancel and no one has gotten back to me, instead the advisors would call then hang up on you before the call proceeds. I want to cancel my contract, I've stopped the debit order and instead of calling like I thought they would they hand me over to their credit department. NETSTAR CANCEL MY CONTRACT!
