Poor client service

Netstar call centre/scheduling department is one of the most useless department. This is the time in a row that they promised to call to schedule an appointment and they don't honor it. When you call them, they say someone tried calling you but it can't go through. 3rd time in a row hearing that lame excuse. Maybe they don't have airtime to call their clients but they want us to trust them with our cars.
