Poor and pathetic

I had an accident last year in September and my car was written off, i called this company to tell them that i want to terminate their services. They told me i cant because i have a 3 year contract with then which i dont know because my car was 5 years i completed my 3 yrs contract with them i asked for proof or recording of my agreement and its now the 5th month and i have not received any proof instead they handed me over and they call and harass my spouse as my secondary contact. Im furious because they deducted last month !!!
