POOR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

I cancelled a contract in November 2024. They still continued trying to debit my account. 2 weeks ago they told me I owe R194 then it will be settled. Today I get a call from a debt collector despite having paid the said amount. Netstar is a nuisance.
