Polite responder!

I was involved in an accident on 13 August 2023. The accident occurred in Durban on my way to the Bluff suburb. After the car stopped shaking and I got to my senses there were people around and I asked them to call the police as I didn’t know where my phone was. All of a sudden my cellphone rang and it was a friendly voice from tracker. She politely asked me if I was okay and if I needed help as their system received an accident alarm. Then she proceeded to assist me by connecting me to my insurance company and so on!
